The working fluid pressure compresses the inner side of the upper body housing and the side of the shaft to seal.
It is used where relative motion is generated between the housing and the shaft.
It is highly oil resistance and chemical resistance and its sealing performance varies little against temperature. It can be used widely including areas where rubber parts cannot be used.
